After an order is placed, that order's package is taken to a post office and will ship out on the following business day, M-F. Tracking is uploaded that evening to Paypal.
FedEx and UPS shipping options are unavailable.
Standard shipping is offered to customers for free. USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Shipping are the normal shipping methods. Packages arrive to the destination from the shipment date in 4 business days.
EXPEDITED USA SHIPPING:
USPS Priority Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $30, and the package arrives to the destination in 2 business days. The customer will be e-mailed regarding the delivery date and time the package is guaranteed to arrive by USPS.
USPS International shipping is available for a flat fee of $15 for all countries outside of the USA. Packages will typically arrive in 4-6 weeks to international destinations that are overseas. Canada and Mexico typically receive packages at a faster rate, in 3-4 weeks, due to proximity.
Precautions are taken to ensure packages are packed securely. However, on a rare occasion, a package may experience damage in transit. To receive either a refund or a replacement, the customer must provide photo-documentation of the damages, with at least 1 item from the original packaging also displayed in the photo(s), to display that the photo was taken in a timely manner. Any damage claims must be made within 4 days of the delivery date, including the day of delivery.
Because no product on the market can work for 100% of people... I do offer a 100% money-back refund policy as a fall-back, for those rare circumstances when a product just doesn't work with someone's body chemistry. The refund policy lasts 30 days. A request for a refund must be reported, by e-mail, within 30 days from the delivery date (according to tracking # data of the delivery date). If a request is made beyond 30 days since the delivery date, then unfortunately there is not a 100% refund available. However, for certain circumstances, there may be alternative options available.

HOW TO PACKAGE A RETURN:
-Ensure product's lid is screwed on tightly, so that it cannot leak. I recommend putting tape across the seam of the bottle and the lid, preventing it from unscrewing itself.
-Package it in a container with enough padding that it will not break in the mailing process.
-Make sure it is identifiable as associated with you (include a note with your full name and date of purchase).
-Return shipping must be paid by the customer. USPS basic shipping options are adequate. There is no signature, no insurance, and no delivery confirmation needed. USPS will provide you with a tracking number for free- please keep that slip, and send an e-mail to me with the tracking number for the package.

You can choose basic mail options. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

MY REFUND PROCESS:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an e-mail to notify you that your returned item was received. Approval or rejection of your refund will be made clear in the e-mail, and is dependent on the contents inside being intact, or as anticipated.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and this is credited back to you within 24 hours since your package was received. An e-mail will also be sent to you to notify you of the refund, and let you know to check your account.
REFUNDS- DELAYS IN PROCESSING:
Paypal transactions should be instant. A personal e-mail is sent when the refund is completed. The Transaction ID # can also be given if there is ever any issue with a Paypal refund.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
